Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped using Canada Post or private carrier (such as UPS, Fedex, Purolator) with a tracking number.  After your order has shipped and tracking information is provided, your package is now under the responsibility of your respective courier. Amie Aliza Jewelry is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after they have been scanned in by the post office.  If you need help locating your package please reach out to your local post office first, as they are better equipped to assist with this.

ORDERS ABOVE $100 CAD SHIP FREE 
WITHIN CANADA:
Orders under $100 CAD: Tracked Parcel Flat Rate (Canada Post or private carrier): $10 CAD

ORDER TO THE UNITED STATES:
We have re-opened shipping to the US. Due to the new duties and tariffs, orders to the US will be charged a flat rate of $25 CAD (approx $18 USD). Orders over $200 CAD (approx $150 USD) ship free

ORDERS TO THE UK, EUROPE, AUS, NZ:
Standard International Flat Rate (Canada Post or private carrier): $20 CAD

What is your processing time?
Processing time is 1-3 business days, before shipment of your parcel. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please look for this confirmation email in your junk/spam folder.

Will I be charged duties, taxes, or any other fees?
Canadian customers will have GST/HST added at checkout, and is automatically calculated based on your province. International duties and taxes vary by country, please note that we do not have control over potential import fees and local taxes. Any fees incurred are at the cost of the customer.

What if I type in the wrong address at checkout?
If you realize you've entered it incorrectly after ordering, please email amiealizajewelry@gmail.com as quickly as possible, so that we can correct it before shipment. If it is unable to be caught in time, no refund or free replacement will be given for an incorrect address.

What do I do if my jewelry is defective, or breaks?
 If you find that your jewelry breaks or fades within 6 months of purchasing, send a photo of the issue to amiealizajewelry@gmail.com, and we will be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost. Shipping costs will be covered by Amie Aliza Jewelry. Improper use or storage of your item will not be covered by this policy. Please refer to the Jewelry Care page for these guidelines.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. At this time, return shipping will be paid by the customer. It is recommended to purchase tracking to avoid your parcel getting lost in the mail. Once your item arrives back at Amie Aliza Jewelry, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please email amiealizajewelry@gmail.com to get the return process started.
