Shipping policy

All orders are shipped using Canada Post or UPS with a tracking number.  After your order has shipped and tracking information is provided, your package is now under the responsibility of your respective courier. Amie Aliza is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after they have been scanned in by the post office.  If you need help locating your package, please reach out the applicable postage carrier.

At this time, Amie Aliza has had to cease shipment to the United States, due to rising tariffs and duties. As a small business, these extraordinarily high tariffs are not feasible. We hope to restart shipping to the US in the future. 

ORDERS WITHIN CANADA:
Flat Rate (Canada Post or UPS): $7 CAD

ORDERS TO THE UK, EUROPE, AUS, NZ:
Standard International (Canada Post or UPS): $20 CAD
